In 1990, CTC Group established a travel company, CTC Travel. After 33 years of development, Singapore CTC Travel has emerged as one of Singapore's long-standing and well-known travel companies, consistently ranking among the top three travel companies in the country.

| CTC Group entered the real estate industry in 1996. Over 29 years of development, it has undertaken the development of more than 30 boutique projects, encompassing various types including residential properties, apartments, hotels, shopping malls, and office buildings.

Since 2012, it has invested in the education sector, establishing an international education group that integrates international elementary schools, high schools, and study abroad programs. Since 2008, it has ventured into facility agriculture, and since 2011, it has been involved in the healthcare and elderly care industry.
