CTC Group entered the real estate sector in 1994, making a strategic investment in Dynasty Property, with part of its business later rebranded as HITOWN. With its forward-thinking development concepts and exceptional architectural design, Dynasty Property quickly gained widespread recognition in the Xiamen market, establishing itself as one of the most reputable and well-recognized real estate brands in Fujian Province.
Building on this success, Dynasty Property further expanded into Shanghai, Xi’an, Yangzhou, and Daqing, solidifying its position as a leading national real estate brand. Subsequently, Dynasty Property officially entered Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi Province, where it achieved remarkable success, ranking among the top three most trusted real estate brands in Taiyuan for six consecutive years.
Over the past 30 years of steady growth, the company has co-developed more than 30 premium projects and independently developed nearly 20 high-end projects, covering residential communities, serviced apartments, hotels, shopping malls, and office buildings. As of today, the company has delivered a total built-up area exceeding 6 million square meters, providing high-quality living environments for over 50,000 families. CTC Group’s Integrating top-tier educational resources from around the world
CTC Group entered the international education industry in 1996 with the establishment of Richen International Education and IvyYouth Academy. Richen International Education is the main body responsible for developing the group's educational programs. The school, established in 1998, delivers integrated educational programs and was subsequently approved by the Ministry of Education (China) as a study abroad agency. In 2018, Richen was officially announced as an International Educational School, offering six-year primary education and high school, making it the most well-known private international school in Taiyuan. IvyYouth Academy provides a holistic spectrum of educational services for students in Shanxi. Their offerings extend beyond high-quality curriculum delivery to encompass a suite of services, including study abroad planning, application guidance, visa processing, overseas support, and safety management.

CTC Group’s ventured into the
healthcare and senior living industry
CTC Group entered the healthcare and elderly care industry in 2011. The development project encompasses approximately 150 acres for a wellness centre, focusing on modern, high-end elderly care with themes of medical services, rehabilitation, and leisure living. The goal is to become a prominent health and elderly care project in the region. In 2018, the group planned 'Suitable Elderly Apartments' in Taiyuan, covering about 20 acres with over 500 beds. The completed project will feature modern healthcare facilities and comprehensive elderly care amenities, including accommodation and entertainment.
Agriculture
CTC Group has invested in modern agricultural facilities, driving advancements in sustainable farming.
CTC Group entered the agricultural industry in 2007. We partnered with the local government to establish an agricultural company, specialising in rural cultivation guidance and asparagus seedling cultivation. Our plans include expanding to 1,100 acres for a rubber plantation, developing guest accommodations, and establishing a research and education centre.
